How do I register to bid?
To bid online, create a free account on LiveAuctioneers and register for this sale. It only takes a few minutes, but approval can take a little while, so register a day or two ahead.
Bidding in person? Register at the front table when you arrive and you’ll get a bidder number.
Can I see the pieces before I bid?
Yes — come to the preview and see everything up close: Friday, Nov 13, 3–5 PM; Saturday, Nov 14, 8–10 AM. Every piece is also photographed in the online catalog.
Can I bid if I can’t be there?
Yes. You can bid live online from anywhere through LiveAuctioneers, and follow along in real time.
What is a buyer’s premium?
A buyer’s premium is a percentage added to the winning bid (the “hammer price”). It’s standard at auction houses. The rate for this sale is listed in the terms on LiveAuctioneers.
How do I pay?
Online winners pay through LiveAuctioneers after the sale. In-person buyers pay at the checkout table.
How do I get my items home?
Pick up in person after the auction, or we can help arrange shipping. Large pieces like furniture may need a freight shipper.
